Hunoro

Self-custodial trading terminal designed for Hyperliquid

Before an order, Hunoro shows its impact on the whole account — exposure, collateral and fees. Every fill goes into a linked journal with a read-only Risk AI. Designed for Hyperliquid; the user signs every trade.

Built and running in a closed, private test environment. It is not publicly available; public access will only follow the regulatory approvals required in the UAE. Nothing here is an offer or an invitation to trade.

Zolia

AI software for real estate brokerages in Dubai

AI agents help brokerages answer enquiries in the client’s language, retain lead and client records, manage commissions from deal to payout, and check KYC, AML and proof of introduction. People approve every money step.

The core platform is built, tested and running in a staging environment in Dubai. Next is a pilot with Dubai brokerages.

How I build

I run companies the way I build products: I own the idea, the execution and the numbers. That is how I ran three stores, a commercial real estate business and a division of an industrial group — and it is how I build Hunoro and Zolia.

Entrepreneurial foundation

From businesses to owned systems.

In Germany I built and ran businesses across retail, real estate and industry — from acquisition and financing to build-out and daily operations — sold the retail company in 2024 and still hold commercial real estate through my own companies. That operating experience shapes how I build digital products today: with responsibility for the idea, the product and the execution.

Own the whole loop

From the first idea to the operating numbers. I write the product, I read the accounts, and I decide what ships. No layer between the decision and the result.

AI with human judgment

AI handles research, repetitive work and first drafts. My responsibility is judgment, priorities and the decisions people must make.

Operation before ambition

Nothing I build counts until it holds up in daily use. Hunoro runs every day in a closed test environment before anyone outside sees it — the same standard I applied to stores and properties.
